Butte Creek This Weekend!

We hope you are all signed up for this weekends campout! What fun we are going to have with the cook-off! Be sure to check your permission slip for the time to meet. Don't be late!

Red and Green

A special thanks for all of you who helped set up and clean up. As you can see it is a great production and everyone is tired in the end. With all the help cleaning up, we were able to get home fairly early. Having people bring their own plates and utensils helped with the dish washing too!

High Adventure!

For those of you who were not at Red and Green, we are going to the Bahamas in 2006. We have our reservation and we arrive there July 10th. There is room for one more youth. You must be 15 by the time we go. Se Mr. Vermillion if you are interested!

Committee Meeting

Next Committee Meeting will be held at the Chapman's house. All are welcome. Please call Margaret if you need directions,
503-761-7496.

Did you know...

Did you know that if you sign up for an outing and do not show up for it, you are still charged? We have already bought the food, reserved the space and arranged for transportation so you are charged for it even though you did not go.

If you call Mr. Vermillion OR the person in charge of the outing and let them know you are sick and won't be going AND if the food has not been bought, you will not be charged; but, if you call the person in charge and the food has already been bought, you are still charged! If you need more clarification, please talk to Mrs. Chapman.

Fundraising News

Meat stick are on sale now. See Mrs. Lohkamp if you are interested in selling them. Plant sale will begin soon. We will not have delivery until after Mother's Day but you can still order for Mother's Day and just have it be a little late! Look for more information in your mailbox.

Fees NOW DUE!

Your second half of dues are due as are summer camp fees. Please stop by the front table and check with Jayne on all that is due. Camp deposits are due to council soon so please pay soon!
