As you see above, the calendar has been put up for the rest of the year.  We have a busy month in a half ahead of us.  Please be sure to mark these dates on your personal family calendar.

Patrol Calendar Planning

This Friday is the youth calendar planning.  Please have your Patrol Leader here by 6:00PM.  They will be fed dinner and will have a chance to plan the activities for the upcoming scouting year.  They are to come with ideas they have collected from their patrols.
 

Camporee

Camporee is May 13-15.  They are backpacking their own food in, individual cooking.  Please make sure your scout has enough food to last the weekend.  See permission slips for meeting place and time.

Committee Meeting

The Committee Meeting will be held at the Lohkamp’s again this month.  All are welcome and are encouraged to come see how the troop runs.

Flag Placement

May 27^th is Flag Placement.  We will leave the church at 5:15PM.  If you cannot make it there that early, please meet us up at Willamette National Cemetery.  This is an awesome event.  All are welcome.  You get service hours for this!

June 7th Swim Night

We will meet and pick up at the CHS pool.  The older boys will be cooking hot dogs during the swim time.  The times are normal, 7:00-8:30PM.

Summer Camp Fees

All summer camp fees must be paid to Council by May 20^th.  Please see Terri or Jayne to check on your camp account balances and to make payment arrangements.  If fees are not paid by this time, we are charged a higher rate.  Camp fees are over $200.00 this year! OUCH!

Court of Honor and

MANDATORY CAMP MEETING

June 14^th will be our last Court of Honor for this scouting year.  There will be cake and punch served after Court of Honor.  Our mandatory Summer Camp meeting will follow the dessert.  All scouts planning on going to summer camp must be present along with a parent.  This is where you will get all the vital information you will need for Camp Baldwin. 

At Court of Honor, we hope to have more information about Wild Waves too.  Please check all tables for information about summer activities.
